Outlet Ltd or acting on our instructions or on behalf or on our behalf as well as to an employee or other officer or official of this person (either in Cyprus or abroad) for any reasonable purpose during our work or the exercise or promotion of our services or operations. We will keep in electronic or any other form one or more personal data files in which your personal data will be recorded, and which have been or will be declared to you by us.

E. Time and Place of Information Retrieval

(iii) Right of Deletion / Right to Slayer – You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information if one of the following reasons is true:

(b) If the processing is based on your consent and you have revoked the consent on which processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the treatment? and

(v) Right to Limitation of Processing – You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data

(vi) Right to Data Portability – You have the right to request the transmission of your personal data. If this right only applies where such transmission is technically feasible.

(vii) Opposition to Automated Individual Decision Making – In the case of automated processing of personal data and making decisions based solely on it, you have the right to request that you not submit to a decision taken solely based on automated processing.

(viii) Right to withdraw consent – If a processing is based only on consent received by you, you have the right to withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data at any time. It is noted that any recall does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was based on your consent before it is withdrawn by you or any processing is done on any other legitimate basis of processing.
